The CLASSICAL DRAPED LADY figurine is seen in crystal with a frosted finish.
The CLASSICAL DRAPED LADY figurine combined with the black base and a two-light Candelabrum is 39 cm in height.

Pictured below is page 134 of this publication.
Note that this article makes a reference to a Riedel Glass pattern book.
Hence we now know the Maker is Riedel Glass and the Country of Origin is Czechoslovakia.
What is also very interesting is that it mentions that the figurines were made in other colours.
