The pink frosted finished flower displayer pictured above is 12 cm (4½") high 15.5 cm(6") in diameter in one piece which is in my collection.
The PATENT No 436637 is seen on the side of its stem.
Pictured below is an Advertisement for the flower displayer as seen in the Pottery Gazette and Glass Trade Review dated August 1936
The colours that they were made in are of flint(crystal) amber, green, blue and pink in a matt(frosted) and clear finish.
At this point in time only two of the five sizes made are known, a
6"(15.5cm) in diameter, pink in colour with a matt (frosted )finish
and a 5⅛" (13 cm) in diameter, amber in colour in a clear finish.

Another one of these flower frogs has come to light measuring
7⅛" (18cm) in diameter and 3½" (9cm) high, pink in colour.
Should you know of the other two sizes could you please let me know.
Pictured below is the Mushroom flower frog combined with a Bagley "Pontefract" bowl to make a set.
The bowl was made in two sizes 8 inch diameter and 4 inch diameter.
Seen in crystal, amber, green, blue and pink in a frosted finish.
