STUMP LADY figural flower frog.
Maker and Country of origin is unknown at this point in time. 

It is 21.5 cm (8½") high in one piece.
Seen in crystal, amber, green, blue and pink in a frosted finish.

I am aware of seven different Stump Lady figural flower frogs.

They range in size from 14 cm (5½") up to 21.5 cm (8½").

Whilst similar in design they do vary due to their different design features such as hair style, pose of the lady, shape and size of the flower frog bases. 
Seen in crystal, amber, green, blue and pink in a clear and frosted finish.

It is 23 cm (9½")high, the base is 9.8 cm (4⅞") in diameter
in one piece.
Seen in crystal in a frosted finish.
Other colours likely are amber, green, blue and pink.

It is 16.5 cm (6½") high, the base is 8.3 cm (3¼") in diameter in one piece.
Seen in  green, blue and pink in a frosted finish.
Other colours likely are crystal and amber.

Another different STUMP LADY figurine

It is 28cm ( 11") high in one piece.
​The base is 11.5cm (4½") in diameter.
