A Glass Mould Makers Sketch Book

Gradenberger an Austrian glass mould maker commenced operations in 1949.
Pictured below is a page from one of their sketch books.
On this page there is a sketch of a lady figural flower frog.
Picture
The following information can be seen on a web site called Victorian Pressed Glass - A Collection of English glass.
I quote from this website:
'Gradenberger an Austrian glass mould maker commenced business in 1949.
It is said to be still in business making moulds for the glass making industry.
However it now goes by the name of OMCO.'
This information has been brought to my attention by a collector from Wales in the UK.

Pictured below is a figural flower frog that has recently  come to light.
It was brought to my attention by a collector from West Yorkshire in the UK
.
Picture
It is in one piece.
The size is unknown.
It has 10 flower arranging holes.

Seen in pink with a frosted finish.
Other colours likely are crystal, amber, green and blue.
It is Extremely Rare

The Maker and Country of Origin is unknown at this point in time.

When doing a comparison between the figurine of the flower frog with the drawing seen in the Gradenberger sketch book, I have come to the conclusion that they are well and truly connected.

Should you have one in your collection or know of one in another colour please let me know

A glass catalogue needs to be seen to confirm the Maker and Country of Origin. Should you have or know of one please contact me.

SATINE (CN) figural flower frog is a recent amazing find.
Picture

It is 20 cm (8 inches) high in one piece.
The base is 9.5cm ( 3¾ inches) in diameter.
There are 10 flower arranging holes located around its base.
Seen in crystal in a clear finish.

An Extremely Rare find.

The owner of the flower frog has applied a coating to its surface,
so as to make the out line of the lady and the pattern on her cape stand out.

Picture

The pictures and measurements have been kindly given by a collector from West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom.
The letters (CN) in brackets in the name of this flower frog indicates it has been named by this collector.

The Maker and Country of Origin is unknown at this point in time.

Should you know of another one of these flower frogs and a catalogue that can confirm the Maker and Country of Origin please let me know.
I can be contacted at gfbsets@gmail.com

SATINE float bowl set.
Until the Maker and Country of Origin of the flower frog is known this bowl set should be seen as a marriage.

Picture

The bowl is known to have been made by Ankerglas Bernsdorf
a German company.
The pattern name of the bowl is BRUSSEL.
Picture
Picture
It is 26 cm(10¼ inches) in diameter.
Seen in crystal and blue in a clear and frosted finish
Other colours likely are amber, green and pink.

TULIP  flower vase by Bagley Glass a British Company

4/5/2022

Picture
It is 8 inches ( 24cm) high.
Seen in amber, green, light blue, pink and mostly in a frosted finish and less in a clear finish.

The TULIP Vase pictured below has been compromised with a name that someone has  engraved on the underside of its base.
Picture
Pictured is this engraved name.
Picture
In the publication pictured below called The Art of Rene Lalique by Patricia Bayer and Mark Waller there are 16 known
RENE LALIQUE signatures listed, with which to do a comparison for authenticity.

When comparing the name on the bottom of the vase with the known RENE LALIQUE signatures, it appears that someone has tried to replicate a signature of Rene Lalique, with the  intention  of trying to add value to the vase by deception.
