The following vase and flower frog ring are shown in a Rosice 1958 Catalogue.

It may be possible to combine either of the figurines with the flower frog ring and vase to make a set.
I have cut and pasted the following pictures from the Rosice catalogue to demonstrate how each of the sets could be made up.

There is minimal information about the size of each of these items in the catalogue.
Without the necessary measurement I can only speculate that they may be compatible.
Research for more measurement is still on going.
The figurine number 1938 pictured below is 16cm high.
The underside to the base of this figurine is reduced in size to a diameter of 5.3cm.
This feature may fit into the centre of the flower frog ring.
Seen in pink in a frosted finish and possibly other colours.
