CHEVRON patterned glassware made by JOSEF INWALD

Recently I was sent pictures of a CLAYTON MAYERS & CO. LTD. catalogue .

Pictured below is page 31 of this catalogue.
The exact date of this catalogue is unknown however as the prices are shown in schillings and pence, we can determine it is before the 15th February 1971 as this is when Britain changed their currency to decimal.

The pictures above have been kindly sent to me by a collector from Scotland.

The following information has been gained from the Graces Guide to British Industrial History Web site and I quote.
CLAYTON MAYERS & CO. LTD.
Grays Inn Road London
The company was selling the glass of Davidson,Moor and Baccarat along with glass from other makers.
By 1923 they were selling a wide range of glassware from the UK, Czechoslovakia, Norway and Belgium.

ATHENA illuminated float bowl sets.

ATHENA (AN) illuminated float bowl set.
(AN) indicates that the set has been named by me and stands for 'Author's Name'.
It is 310 cm (12¼") high in three pieces.
(The detachable light fitting is not included.)
Seen in crystal, amber, green, blue and pink in a frosted finish.
Maker and country of origin is unknown at this point in time.

The bowl is 30 cm (11¾") in diameter

Pictured below is the underside of the bowl.

Note the three groves between the feet of this bowl.
They are for attaching the mounting bracket of the light fitting pictured below.

Flower arranging ring is 245 cm (9⅝") in diameter.

CHLOE figurine
It is 20 cm (7¾") high.
This figurine is also be combined with the bowl to make the CHLOE (AN) illuminated float bowl set.

A catalogue needs to be seen to confirm the maker and country of origin should you know of one could you please contact me.
