This flower frog had been attributed to the Riedel Glass Works who were a Czechoslovakian glass company, however this could not be confirmed.
Recently I acquired the 1971 publication pictured below.
I have found it to be an amazing resource about the STUBEN
Art Glass of Frederick Carder.
Frederick Carder (1863–1963), a gifted English designer who managed Steuben Glass Works from its founding in 1903 until 1932.
The flower frog is pictured and named Diving Girl with the No 6483 on page 92 pictured below.
On page 237 of the same publication there is a line drawing of the Diving Girl figural flower frog numbered 6483.
This publication provides the documentary proof that confirms the maker of the Diving Girl figural flower frog to be the Steuben Glass Division at the Corning Glass Works in the city of Corning New York USA.
