 The figurine of the table lamp pictured below was made by August Walther & SÖhne a German Company.
To date I have not seen this Lamp Set mentioned in an August Walther & SÖhne  catalouge.

However the figurine is seen and unnamed in an August Walther & sÖhne 1935  Special offer glass catalogue.
​Translation German to English  
                   LampenfuB  > Lamp Base 

Seen in crystal, amber, green, blue and pink in a frosted finish

Pictured below is an extract of a  page from the 1935 August Walther & SÖhne catalogue.
Note the same figurine has been used to make a two piece cake stand.
The makers name given to this item is ROTTERDAM.
The name ROTTERDAM refers to the bowl design used not the Figurine.

​The label across the item reads
In German -  wird nicht mahr gellefert (English translation "Will no longer be delivered")
In French- non livrable
In English- Can not be delivered
