The figurine is 15 cm (5⅞") high.
It is in crystal with a frosted finish
Other colours likely are amber, green, blue and pink
Up until this point in time I wasn't aware that a Boy Playing an Accordion figurine was ever made.
This figurine has the same round base that is seen on other figurines that I have in my collection.
The figurines in my collection are know to have been made by August Walther and SOhne, a German glass company.
This comparison leads me to the conclusion that the Boy Playing an Accordion figurine was also made by August Walther and Sohne.
As a collector I am amazed at what turns up out of the blue and this figurine is a prime example.
The pictures of the Boy Playing an Accordion were kindly provided by collectors from Germany who gave me permission to use them in this article.
Should you know of or be fortunate enough to own this figurine in another colour could you please contact me though my website.
This is an exciting and rare find by the German collectors.
