Continental Glass Ware sold in South Australia and Victoria, Australia 1938.

Newspaper on the 13th of December 1938 Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

Note that most of the glass being sold is known to have been made by August Walther & Söhne who was a German company.

The Maker and Country of Origin of these two float bowl sets is unknown at this point in time.

​Pictured below is an advertisement that appeared on page 15 of the Adelaide Advertiser on the 23rd of December 1938.
Note the unusual shape of the plinth that the POLAR BEAR float bowl set is seated on.
​The maker and country of origin is unknown at this point in time.
